Looking for a Sweet Summer Job?

If any of the quizzers out there are still looking for a summer job, this one might just be someone's ideal!

Researchers at Griffin Hospital in Derby are looking for people willing to eat chocolate for science.
They're doing a study on the benefits of chocolate and cardiac health. The study is being funded by The Hershey company.
One of the researchers says that aside from being tasty, dark chocolate contains a high concentration of flavanols, the same chemicals found in red wine and green tea.

Sounds a whole lot better than my typical summer job during high school. Let's just say I was a lot more involved in producing fast food than in consuming it.
