Our first Quiz Meet is TOMORROW!  Aren't you excited?  Here are the details.

WHEN DO WE LEAVE?  We'll leave the church at 7:30 AM.  Please do NOT be late.
WHERE ARE WE GOING?  Northern Valley Evangelical Free Church in Cresskill, NJ
WHAT IS THE COST?  $5 (for lunch)
WHAT CHAPTERS ARE WE QUIZZING ON?  Romans 1 & 2
WHAT TIME ARE WE GETTING BACK? Around 3:00 PM.  (You can call your ride from the road.)
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO BRING?  Yourself, your quiz team shirt (or a blue shirt/sweatshirt/sweater of about the same color), your scripture portion, and maybe some quizzes for the van!

REMINDER: Quiz Meet on Saturday!

Just wanted to remind everyone that our next quiz meet is this Saturday, March 10 in Cresskill, NJ. Please check your calendars and be ready to tell us Wednesday that you are going.

Schedule Notes: Next Quiz Meet is March 10 in Cresskill

After Midwinter Quiz was canceled, we have been working hard to find times for our teams to meet in February and March. There is good news and bad news. The bad news is we were unable to find a time when all churches could meet in February. The good news is we have scheduled a meet in Cresskill, NJ on MARCH 10. Please update your calendars and be studying hard, so we're ready to compete when the day comes.

We'll see you at the van! We're leaving the parking lot at 7:00 AM.

Parents, Feel free to keep an eye here all day long, as we'll be posting photos from the Quiz Meet as we go!

QUIZ MEET: The Details for Tomorrow

Tomorrow is our first quiz meet of the year! Here are the details.

WHAT TIME DO WE START?

Please arrive at church about 6:45 AM. We will leave the parking lot at 7:00 AM.

WHAT TIME DO WE GET BACK?

Return time is highly variable due to traffic. But we're aiming to be back about 2:00 PM. Teens will be allowed to call ahead when we reach the Tappan Zee Bridge (it's usually about an hour from there to home).

WHAT IS THE COST?

Please bring $10. $5 for gas, $5 for lunch.

WHAT CHAPTERS ARE WE COVERING?

We're quizzing on Hebrews, chapters 1 thru 3.

SHOULD I WEAR ANYTHING SPECIAL?

If you have a quiz team t-shirt, we encourage you to wear it. (If you don't have one and want one, please see Coach Mark for details on how to get one.) If not, please wear something in the blue family for your top.

WHERE WILL WE BE

We'll be at Northern Valley Evangelical Free Church in Cresskill, NJ.

Quiz Meet in Cresskill is TODAY!

We'll see everyone around 7:15 AM, so we can leave at 7:30 AM. Remember to bring a bag of snacks (pretzels, peanuts, chips, etc.). We may be stopping at a scenic spot on the way home, so we may be a bit later than usual. We'll call when we hit the Tappan Zee, as always.

Parents, I'll be posting photos to here all day, so keep coming back to check in on our progress.

The Cresskill Quiz Meet is ONE WEEK AWAY

WHAT? Quiz Meet at Cresskill, NJ

WHEN? Next Saturday, March 12

WHAT TIME DO WE LEAVE? 7:30 AM sharp.

WHAT CHAPTERS ARE WE QUIZZING ON? John 1-19

WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING? $5 for lunch, and a bag of snacks (chips, pretzels, etc.)

WHAT TIME DO WE RETURN? Between 3 and 4 PM, depending on the schedule and the traffic. As usual, we'll ask the teens to call from the Tappan Zee Bridge

CAN YOU STAND ON YOUR HEAD WHILE JUGGLING APRICOTS? No. No I can't. But thanks for asking.

The March Quiz Meet has been moved from March 12 in Trumbull, to March 19 in Cresskill, NJ. Please update your family calendars appropriately. The team calendar has already been updated.

REMINDER: Details for tomorrow

Tomorrow is our Quiz Meet in Cresskill, NJ A few quick reminders for those who missed Wednesday or for parents who may not have gotten the memo.

• We're leaving the church at 7:30 AM. (This is half an hour later than last year, because Cresskill is closer than Essex Fells.)
• Please bring $10 ($5 for gas, $5 for lunch)
• We're hoping to be back by about 3:30 PM. Teens will be allowed to call on their cell phones from the road, when we're on the way home
• The quiz will be on John 1 - 6.

Please make sure your calendars have the next Quiz Meet on November 6 in Cresskill, NJ. We will be meeting at the church around 7 AM for the drive down.

We are asking that each quizzers brings one bag of chips and $10 for gas and lunch.
