Afghanistan considers prosecuting man for becoming a Christian
It has not been talked about much in the press, but there is a law in Islam requiring that anyone who converts to another faith be put to death. This law has been put into action in some Muslim countries, and is not enforced in many others. Now, Afghanistan is considering whether or not to enforce it within their own borders. As a nation recently freed from the Taliban, they are still defining their post-terrorist laws and legal practices. Please be praying that they see the life and decide not to enforce this law, and perhaps to remove it from the secular government's laws altogether.
