Study Tip: Reviewing is hard.  New and fresh material is inherently engaging, but going back over things you've hit before sometimes seems boring.  Rather than just re-reading from Chapter 1, Verse 1, try to identify the sections which gave you trouble the first time and focus there.  Get together with friends and teammates and quiz each other.  Don't let it get stale - make it fun!

VOCABULARY: Romans 3

Propitiation:  Satisfying or appeasing the wrath of another (especially God) (Source:  GotQuestions.Org)

Forbearance:  Tolerance and restraint in the face of provocation; patience (Source:  TheFreeDictionary.Com)

Study Tip: Having problems absorbing the text in such a way that you can get questions at practice? Consider getting your family or friends involved. Have them pick up a Bible and pick a verse from the chapter you are studying. Have them read the first half (or little bit) of the verse, and then you try to complete as much as you can. This gets you used to hearing the text the same way you will in practice.
